Yenisahra Barbaros Urban Transformation Project

Yapı Merkezi works together with the local people in the Ataşehir District’s Barbaros and Yenisahra neighborhoods to develop an extensive urban transformation project in the region.

Yapı Merkezi Urban Renewal Liaison Office was opened in the region in March 2015, in the context of the urban transformation project that will lead local people from existing unplanned construction to a modern urban life. By this office located in the Yenisahra and Barbaros neighborhoods, Yapı Merkezi is more closer to the local people and fully learn the general needs and expectations of them.

Yapı Merkezi’s 50 years of experience in the industry and its right approach to the region have given very positive results.The agreement signature process with the rights holders in the region still continue.

With the finalization of development plans in the region, with architectural work will also be completed rapidly.
